Ensuring compliance with software standards will be a primary focus. This is an SME position supervising and mentoring subordinate ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff. Desired certifications include CNO capability development, software analysis/reverse engineering, understanding of assembly programming, unit testing, and experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible). Industry certifications such as PCEP or C++ CPP are preferred, along with experience in CI/CD pipeline/DevSecOps development. This position is
