Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION:

Master’s degree in appropriate discipline for which person will be teaching; Doctorate preferred. Candidates must demonstrate that related coursework and/or teaching experience is relevant to the work they will be conducting at the college.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Candidates will also possess relevant teaching experience, with a minimum of two or more years of teaching experience at the college level at an accredited institution of higher learning preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to demonstrate capability to collaborate with other faculty from across divisions is critical; The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate either a familiarity with, or willingness to learn about and implement, online learning environments/courses.
