Executive Assistant to support our CEO.

What You Will Do
Complex Calendaring: Efficiently manage and optimize the CEOs schedules, ensuring alignment with priorities, availability, and organizational goals while proactively addressing conflicts. Collaboration with EAs: Partner effectively with other Executive Assistants across the organization to maintain alignment, share insights, and foster a culture of teamwork. Travel Booking: Coordinate and oversee comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Communication Management: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and professional communication on behalf of the executives. Project Assistance: Support executives in managing and executing projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and providing administrative support as needed. Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of team meetings, events, and other organizational activities, ensuring all details are handled with precision. General Administrative: Handle ad-hoc requests, prioritize competing demands, and remain flexible in addressing the evolving needs of the executives and the organization.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software. A proactive attitude and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity Experience in event planning, project coordination, and working in a high-growth or dynamic environment is a plus

Compensation Range: $133K - $156K #J-18808-Ljbffr
