Administrative Support Coordinator

What You'll Do You will be a support resource for staff and visitors, helping them feel welcome in our office and supported over the phone. From answering phone calls and sorting mail, to assisting the Office Operations team with administrative and clerical tasks, you will help our staff support those we serve: the youth and families of Passaic County. Key Responsibilities : Front Desk and Communication Support:
Welcome visitors, screen/direct calls, receive deliveries, manage mail and faxes, and coordinate with service providers for office repairs. Administrative and Office Management:
Maintain staff lists and mailbox assignments, monitor inventory of office supplies, manage car keys, and assist with meeting setups and general office tasks. Curate content for the agency news board, obtain vendor work orders, and assist other departments as needed. Care Manager Support:
Assist with enrollment, transitions, no-contact processes, chart updates, and uploading relevant documents (e.g., Individual Service Plans, court orders). Why Join Us? What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED is required At least 1 year of office or administrative experience Proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word) Dependable, organized, and able to multitask and prioritize in a team environment Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Schedule & Compensation This is a
non-exempt, full-time position Hourly pay rate is between $19.13 to $25.82
