We welcome advanced degrees (graduate students, post docs, and medical residents) to join us for a one-week program that immerses you in the consulting world. You'll receive training and work on a real case team with clients. This is your chance to build business skills, step outside academia, and experience life as a Bain consultant. Open exclusively to advanced degrees and hosted by North American offices, your ADvantage experience begins with one full day of training followed by four days staffed on a real case team managing your own workstream. Throughout the program, you’ll enjoy a variety of social activities to meet the members of our teams, experience our rich and unique culture, and connect with leaders and mentors who’ll share their own Bain journey. At the end of the program, you’ll get to present your findings to the case team. ADvantage acts as a bridge from academia to consulting and is designed to help you apply your problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to a real business problem facing our clients. At the end of the program, you’ll be considered for our full-time consultant role in the office where you completed the program, so be sure to select an office where you’d be excited to live and work during this next step in your career journey.
