Job Summary: The Strategy and Execution - Wealth and Distribution Technology team is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee critical technology and data initiatives. As part of a seasoned and strategic team, this role focuses on aligning technology execution with business objectives while managing complex, cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business value. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution, ensure stakeholder alignment, and maintain agile discipline in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical, software, and data projects within the Wealth and Distribution Technology domain. Manage large-scale, cross-functional programs and parallel workstreams, ensuring alignment with business strategies and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Drive all phases of the project lifecycle using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, depending on project needs. Influence and negotiate with internal teams to align priorities and drive timely execution. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and conduct root cause analysis on project issues. Support continuous improvement by introducing agile best practices and enhancing collaboration and transparency. Serve as a mentor and leader across the team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Required Experience:
8+ years of technical/software development/data project management experience Proven track record delivering projects across a range of technologies and application types Strong experience with multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Bachelor's Degree Expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives independently and collaboratively Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills Nice-to-Have Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar analytical field Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting Familiarity with data analysis, data warehousing, and ETL concepts SQL/database experience Experience coaching or implementing agile practices Required Skills:
Project and program leadership Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project execution Business and technical stakeholder engagement Preferred Skills:
Data and analytics project experience BI/reporting tools knowledge SQL and data querying Root cause analysis and continuous improvement Executive-level communication and presentation Additional Skills:
Team collaboration across distributed environments Transparent project reporting and metrics Strategic alignment with business value delivery
