Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Huntsville, AL. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service, managing staff, coordinating retail loss prevention efforts, and maintaining efficient store management. The Store Manager will also handle inventory control, merchandising, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
Leadership and team management abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management is advantageous
