A leading credit-focused asset manager is seeking an Investment Professional to join its CLO Investment Team. The firm manages over $10 billion in assets across institutional, high-net-worth, and retail clients, with a focus on income-oriented credit investments in niche and inefficient markets.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Evaluating CLO investment opportunities in mainly primary markets
• Developing and executing investment and trading strategies across various funds and separate accounts.
• Conducting due diligence on CLO managers, assessing investment processes and performance.
• Managing relationships with dealers, collateral managers, and service providers.
• Assisting with month-end valuation processes for funds and separate accounts.
• Collaborating with client solutions and investor relations teams to prepare marketing materials.
• Tracking and maintaining secondary BWICs, offer sheets, and market activity, working closely with analytics and internal teams.
• Monitoring existing CLO positions, assigning internal ratings, and making recommendations on hold, buy, or sell strategies based on market conditions.
• Participating in Investment Committee meetings and advising on strategic transactions across investment verticals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience Primary CLO Structuring.
• Strong knowledge of CLO documentation.
• Proficiency in Intex and CLO cash flow modeling in Excel.
• Experience in CLO trading at a sell-side dealer or buy-side firm.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Programming skills (a plus).
• High attention to detail and ability to work well within a small, collaborative team.
