Compensation:
$20.25 hr base + the potential to earn a weekly performance/safety bonus = +$23 hr Raises tenure milestones based upon safety, performance, and reliability. Paid Training: 3 days 401(K): matching Paid Time Off (PTO): earned at 4% per/hr Insurance Plans (PPOs): Medical, Dental, Vision Electric Delivery Vans (EDVs) Team Parties: we have team parties with free food, drinks and FUN! Triumph's Leadership Program: we develop our operations managers from our team of delivery drivers.
