Daily Challenges
Facilitating seamless operations of industrial machinery through maintenance and troubleshooting. Documenting machine performance and maintenance activity regularly. Expert repairs of hydraulic, HVAC, and pneumatic systems. Enhancing equipment longevity with skilled welding and fabrication. Keeping a keen eye on safety by adhering strictly to OSHA standards. Addressing potential issues before they impact production.
The Ideal Candidate Will
Show consistent attendance and effective communication skills. Be committed to professional growth through technology education. Be physically capable of engaging in labor-intensive tasks and maneuvering within confined spaces. Possess thorough knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Display seasoned expertise in interpreting technical schematics.
Your Experience Matters
3-5 years in troubleshooting molding equipment is essential. Hands-on experience with PLC programming and Ladder Logic. Previous robotics experience enhances your profile. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of diverse systems. Skilled in program adjustments and system troubleshooting.
