American Electronics, Inc. (Amelex) Responsibilities**:**Provide full life cycle software engineering to build, deploy, and maintain software solutions (using Microsoft Power Platform applications) to streamline / automate business processes and increase team collaboration. Design, develop, test, and maintain custom M365 applications using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to streamline / automate business processes. Support the administration and troubleshooting of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams sites to ensure functionality and resolve technical issues. Document, design, manage and assist with development of solutions including web content, collaborative portals, automated forms, complex process workflows, custom lists, sites, sub-sites, document libraries, and web parts and data connections.
Education**:**Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
Experience:One (1) to three (3) years of experience developing SharePoint and/or Power Platform solutions.
Experience in developing canvas and model driven PowerApps applications utilizing SharePoint Lists and Dataverse, and automated workflows using Power Automate Experience with Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) developing reports, dashboards, and integrated solutions Experience in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), to include gathering and analyzing business requirements, solution design and development, testing, deployment and operational support Experience in establishing and integrating relational data for use within Power Platform solutions Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and to work as a member of a development team on larger projects Ability to interface with customers to gather As Is and To Be states, provide progress updates, and ensure that solutions meet or exceed expected outcomes Experience designing, configuring, building, and maintaining SharePoint lists, libraries, and sites. Experience with Business Processing (re)Engineering a plus Microsoft certified Power Platform developer a plus
Other**:**Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Security Clearance. An active Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
Wage Range Information:This full-time positions wage range is $65K - $85K (salary) depending on experience and qualifications.

Full time employees are also eligible for family medical, dental and vision benefits; as well as ancillary benefits including life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance; short- and long-term disability; flexible spending accounts; long-term care insurance; and accident, hospital, and critical illness insurance. Full-time employees are also eligible for 2 weeks vacation leave accrual per year (this accrual increase as tenure with company increases), 7 days sick leave, and 11 paid holidays, with additional leave time available for bereavement, jury duty, and military training days throughout the year.
