Process parts; Anodize, Passivate or Chemical Film as directed on the work order/traveler.
The P:LATER Processer shall be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Process parts; Anodize, Passivate or Chemical Film as directed on the work order/traveler.
The P:LATER Processer shall be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Follow instructions on work orders and planning
- Demonstrate correct usage of shop equipment such as ovens and solution tanks
- Understand chemical solution control charts
- Wear proper PPE and correctly use provided safety equipment
- Handle Chemicals per documented procedures
- Rack and De-rack parts without causing damage
- Thoroughly clean all parts per specification and work order.
- Verify Water Break free surfaces
- Document Tank, Temperature, Time, and Rectifier settings in the appropriate sections of the work order
- Document solution requirements as required on work instructions
- Use inspection tools as required in performance of processing
- Visually inspect parts before, throughout, and after processing to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Manage multiple tasks at once and report directly to the Plating Supervisor
