Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Tax Manager based in Salem, OR, or South Scottsdale, AZ with work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Tax Manager will oversee tax planning, compliance, and preparation for clients. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to tax laws, conducting thorough tax analysis, preparing tax returns, and providing strategic tax advice. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand and meet their unique tax needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
• In-depth knowledge of Tax Law
• Minimum of7+ yearsin tax preparation, review, and accounting
• Experience with overall Tax strategy and implementation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• CPA certification is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior tax management role
