modules. This role will be key in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Epic billing applications, enhancing revenue cycle workflows, and ensuring system integrity and performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead configuration and implementation of
Epic Resolute
and Claims/Remittance modules. Support end-to-end
claims management , including submission, adjudication, and remittance processes. Analyze and resolve billing issues; ensure accurate data flow across upstream/downstream Epic systems. Customize workflows to streamline
billing, revenue cycle, and denial management
processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Epic with other systems and external clearinghouses. Provide
end-user support , training, and ongoing application enhancements. Maintain documentation, lead testing efforts, and manage Epic upgrades and updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years
of experience as an Application Analyst in healthcare IT. Epic Resolute certification
is required. Strong understanding of healthcare billing, claims lifecycle, and revenue cycle operations. Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and deliver scalable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Familiarity with
Epic build/configuration , troubleshooting, and support. Experience leading integrated projects involving
EHRs, interfaces, and financial systems . Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with
data analysis
tools and visualizations. Certification Required:
