Cadence/Prelude . The Epic Applications Analyst role spans levels 1 through 4, tailored to your experience, Epic training, and cultural fit. You will implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold compliance with software lifecycle standards. Candidates will have the opportunity for growth, mentorship, and independence in projects aimed at enhancing patient safety and quality. Typical hours are Monday to Friday during Eastern time business hours, with some flexibility. The role includes participating in an on-call rotation and may require availability during off-hours for special events or staffing needs.
This is a remote position, requiring a suitable virtual home office environment.
Travel may be necessary for Go-Live installations or training. Your Responsibilities Will Include: System Build and Configuration:
Research and configure systems to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance patient safety. Heuristic Design:
Optimize the use of healthcare systems by applying clinical and business knowledge to inform workflow and system design. Adapt and Innovate:

Apply knowledge of the systems development life cycle to manage ongoing maintenance needs effectively. Project Management:
Apply project management principles to oversee projects and understand system development lifecycles. Documentation and Testing:
Maintain thorough documentation and develop test scripts to meet departmental standards. Who You Are: A Bachelor's Degree or relevant education/experience combination is required. Analytical aptitude and experience in implementing vendor software applications or healthcare operations are preferred. Prior Epic experience is essential, with certification and training status requirements evolving based on your analyst level. Strong analytical skills with a focus on system methodologies and project management in healthcare settings are crucial. The ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment is required. Proficient in effectively communicating with others through verbal, written, and virtual meetings.
