SC&H Group's Technology Advisory service line is looking for a dynamic
Applications Analyst
to join our team to assist our clients in application assessment, development, and support with ERP, CRM, and other solutions. Technology Advisory works with clients in many different industries; including food manufacturing, logistics, non-profits, hospitality, healthcare, and many more. As an
Applications Analyst , you will collaborate with a talented team of professionals and directly assist the client manager in support of various application projects, many of which include application implementation, software development oversight, and application support. This candidate will have a "roll the sleeves up" mentality while contributing to the design and delivery of technology and process solutions, including process re-engineering, gap analysis, and requirements definition.
This person will be required to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and manage many tasks across projects, clients, and teams. This person will play a key role in developing trusted partnerships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and end users by using strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be excited by the project challenges presented and ask questions in order to fill in knowledge gaps to complete the tasks presented to them. Position Responsibilities:
Contributing as a member of the Technology Advisory applications project team in technology assessments, application implementations, software delivery project management, vendor management and other application projects as needed Assessing clients' processes, documenting current and future state workflows, translating business needs into system requirements, creating requirement documentation, and proposing solutions that support key business processes. Working with internal and external resources to document business processes for design, develop and execute test plans, complete data conversion by manipulating legacy data to successfully transition to a new solution, and create training documentation for end-users. Supporting projects through go-live by troubleshooting reported issues and working directly with end-users to achieve a smooth day-to-day. Maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with developers, project managers, system architects, and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of customizations meeting clients' goals. Working with application solutions and solution vendors in areas including ERP, CRM, HRIS. Managing incidents and requests through a ticketing queue as dedicated support for clients' applications. Accepting challenging and new responsibilities, reporting to the client manager with results in a time-sensitive environment. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years of business process experience; participating in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, documenting business processes, prioritizing requirements A background as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, in an Agile environment, or as a contributing member of a software development team Experience in application development or implementations in any of the following areas: Manufacturing, Distribution, Non-Profit or Services industries; Finance/Accounting, HRIS, CRM, ERP, and E-commerce applications; Data or Process Integrations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs. Ability to take direction and work independently. Great attitude, goal-driven, and team player. Ability to thrive in a learning and ever-changing environment. Creative and resourceful, self-starter who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Results-oriented with self-confidence, perseverance, and a high sense of urgency. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping clients succeed. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position is $65,000-70,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
