seeking a skilled
Integrations Developer
to manage and enhance Workday integration across our enterprise systems. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, operational stability, and technical excellence in support of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT Functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Integration Oversight:
Oversee the daily operation and performance of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity between internal platforms and third-party systems.
Issue Resolution & Support:
Diagnosing and resolving integration issues promptly, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Manage support tickets from initiation through resolution.
Business Continuity:
Act as the go-to resource for integration-related concerns during transitional periods. Ensure timely execution of integration schedules, data transfers, and file exchanges.
Enhancement & Development:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new integrations or modify existing ones based on evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant data integration.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration designs, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures to support team knowledge and future transitions.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure all integrations comply with internal security policies, audit standards, and data privacy regulations.
System Updates & Testing:
Participate in testing and validation of integrations during Workday's biannual releases and system updates.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Workday integrations in medium-to-large enterprise settings. Proficient in Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation. Experience with Workday ERP implementations is highly desirable. Strong technical skills in XSLT, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation methodologies. Familiar with secure data transmission protocols and file feed processes. Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
