Lead Manufacturing Engineer

The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for: Leading cross-functional manufacturing projects to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals Managing budgets, tooling, and resources to optimize production efficiency and output Designing and improving tools and dies using Solid Edge CAD, reducing lead times and complexity Developing and implementing low-cost automation solutions, including PLC programming Mentoring engineering teams and driving lean manufacturing initiatives for continuous improvement Analyzing and enhancing manufacturing processes using data, simulations, and experiments Ensuring on-time delivery and collaborating with departments to maintain high safety and quality standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The successful Lead Manufacturing Engineer will have the following qualifications: BS in Engineering (manufacturing, mechanical) 6+ years of experience in manufacturing Background in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, ISO and CAD Ability to apply skills as they apply to tooling and machining What's on Offer
