As a Senior Applications Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping customers maximize the value of OptimalPlus GO. Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions. Come join our team!

Customer Collaboration

Partner with customers to understand their unique requirements and challenges.

Work cross-functionally to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.

Analytics & Rule Development

Develop and enhance analytic dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Create and maintain custom rules to detect anomalies, trends, and opportunities in customer data.

Technical Support & Case Management
n n - n
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
n n - n
Deliver timely, effective support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Account Growth & Expansion

Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

Recommend additional features, modules, or services that align with customer objectives.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering or Technical/Design
n n - n
Familiarity with semiconductor yield management and product/test engineering.
n n - n
Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Proficiency in Python, R, and JavaScript.

Understanding of machine learning concepts, including model building and generation.
n n - n
Experience in designing and building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
n n - n
Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
n n - n
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments.

nOur compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
