We're seeking a Senior Interior Designer with experience in high-end residential projects and a strong design point of view to join our award-winning team. What You'll Do Lead the design of home remodels from concept to completion Collaborate with clients and our Revive team to bring visions to life Present mood boards, space plans, and 3D renderings Stay current with design trends, tech, and tools (including AI) What You Bring 3+ years’ experience in residential interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 2020 or similar Strong portfolio of renovation or home design projects Excellent communication, organization, and client skills Passion for quality, innovation, and growth Preferred (Not Required): Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field NCIDQ, NKBA, or PMP certification a plus Revit/SketchUp certification or Adobe Creative Suite skills Revive Rewards $90,000–$130,000+ first-year potential (base + commissions + bonus) All designers earned over $100K in 2023 & 2024 Monthly commissions on design change orders Paid vacation + holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Dynamic, supportive team culture with creative freedom Recognition programs and leadership development Apply Today Bring your creativity, leadership, and expertise to Revive Design and Renovation and help shape the future of luxury design-build in Florida.
