Our client in East Hanover, NJ is looking for a Direct Hire On-Site Human Resources Manager. Salary: 115-125K. The individual in this role should be people-oriented, energetic, hands-on, and a true partner to the company's management. This individual will assist in resourcing the business and growing/recognizing their team. Responsibilities:
Support management by facilitating meetings and mediating employee relations issues including employee conflicts, performance correction, and discipline. Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate interviews and testing. Assist with benefits administration for trouble shooting of claims and management of employee-related leaves of absence. Assist in the facilitation of the annual performance review process following up with managers as needed to ensure reviews are completed on time. Assist in coordination and tracking of employee training and development consistent with established timelines. Process all resignations and involuntary terminations including preparing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews. Work closely with corporate HR team to insure consistent application of and compliance with company policies and practices. Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' HR generalist experience. Must have Manufacturing experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience. Solid understanding of HR practices and federal and state employment laws. Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Benefits:
