The series includes a blend of in-person sessions and on-site visits, emphasizing collaboration, application, and continuous reflection. This six-month professional learning program builds educator capacity in instructional excellence, assessment literacy, student support, and teacher leadership. It begins by strengthening instructional strategies, deepening content knowledge, and effectively using HQIM. Educators then learn to design and analyze assessments, use data to inform instruction, and implement targeted Tier 2 interventions for struggling students. As the program progresses, participants explore differentiation, academic rigor, and scaffolding to meet diverse student needs. They develop skills in teacher leadership, complete coaching cycles, and learn to give high-impact feedback that drives reflection and growth. The program promotes a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, culminating in action research presentations and forward planning for future improvement.
