Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating assembly equipment, handling materials, and ensuring smooth production processes in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings and be committed to maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Description
Follow a defined production schedule and job-specific requirements Operate assembly equipment to maximize operational efficiency Allocate and organize materials on the production floor Manage finished products including boxing, labeling, and palletizing Set up and maintain material drying, conveying, and auxiliary equipment Prioritize safety in all tasks and maintain a clean, organized workspace Report issues related to materials, maintenance, secondary operations, or quality promptly Complete and manage production reporting as required Participate in ongoing training programs
Skills Required
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and solid mathematical aptitude Team-oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift
Education
High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
Shift: Day shift 6pm - 6am Equipment to use: manual pallet jack and electric pallet jack
