Join Our Team: 3rd Shift Press Assembly Operator - Upper
We're looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Press Assembly Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling and fabricating products, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. You'll also be responsible for visually inspecting parts, ensuring proper packaging, and completing production reporting forms.
To succeed in this position, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Previous manufacturing experience Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 26 lbs. (sometimes overhead) Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow company directives Nice to Have Skills: Experience with quality control processes Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FDA requirements Basic math skills for measuring and labeling parts We're committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.
