We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a truss production team in Bethel, MN. As a truss assembly worker, you'll assist in constructing wood roof and floor trusses used in residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for those who enjoy physical work and want to build valuable skills in manufacturing. No experience? No problem - training is provided! This is also a felony-friendly opportunity.

1st Shift: $16/hour 2nd Shift: $17/hour Hours:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday Overtime available! Benefits of the truss assembly worker:

Assemble trusses using hand and power tools Follow blueprints and assembly instructions Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs Work efficiently in a team production setting Maintain a safe and clean work area Requirements of the truss assembly worker:
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment Wear steel-toe boots
