JST is currently seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Business Operations Specialist to support the Air Force Inspection Agency in the development and sustainment of enterprise-level strategic alignment, knowledge management, and data assessment solutions. This position is responsible for leading the requirements analysis, solution planning, and stakeholder engagement necessary to operationalize the Inspection Agency Annual Plan and the Department of the Air Force Inspector General (DAF IG) Enterprise Knowledge Management objectives. This is a full-time position located at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Lead the identification and documentation of requirements that support the Inspection Agency Annual Plan, including Knowledge, Work Products (KWP), and directorate priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive Strategic Alignment and Assessment Plan, outlining data sources, collection methods, and visualization requirements. Translate user requirements into a near-real-time Knowledge Management Solution that enhances organizational awareness, supports strategic decision-making, and enables performance analysis. Oversee continuous updates to data requirements and facilitate the weekly maintenance of the knowledge solution to ensure data relevance and accuracy. Support the creation and refinement of deliverables, including a monthly solution report, strategic process manual, and a change management plan. Facilitate the discovery and validation of enterprise-level data requirements and performance metrics supporting DAF inspections and self-assessments. Lead the development of the DAF IG Enterprise Knowledge Management Plan and coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Guide the configuration and deployment of unclassified and classified knowledge management dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Envision Workspace, and other approved platforms. Ensure weekly updates to data sources and lead recurring maintenance efforts in accordance with the approved Change Management Plan. Participate in weekly meetings and manage documentation, including meeting minutes and maintenance reports. Journeyman Business Operations Specialist Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field Minimum 4+ years of experience supporting Federal Government programs. Demonstrated experience with knowledge management systems, strategic planning support, and data-informed decision support tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, data visualization, and solution integration. Strong understanding of Federal performance metrics, organizational planning, and assessment strategies. Experience gathering business and technical requirements in a DoD environment. Familiarity with Change Management principles and documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting Air Force, AFIA, or DAF IG programs. Experience working with Envision Workspace or similar enterprise data platforms. Required Clearances and Screenings
