Job Description
The Assistant Director, Program Enrollment is the front-line personal contact for allparticipants making inquiries regarding in-person and live online education programs and theCenter’s annual conference. This person interacts directly with more than 400-member contactseach year to get them and their team-members enrolled in public BCCCC programs. In addition,the Assistant Director is responsible for lead-generation for custom education for membercompanies.
Manages enrollment, makes recommendations to member and non-member coursecandidates regarding topics, timing, sequence of courses and certificate programs. Discusses pricing, communicates cost, and acts as primary point of contact for courseparticipants before and after course. Coordinates with internal colleagues and supervises student employees to ensure thatlogistics, supplies, course content, and people are prepared and delivered to where theyneed to be to ensure an excellent educational program experience. Attends courses and certificate programs to ensure course logistics are flawless andgathers both formal and informal feedback from course participants. Works with Directorand Executive Director on evaluation of teaching fellows and executive advisors. Gathers intelligence from prospective and enrolled course participants about theknowledge gaps they are seeking to fill. Suggests topics where learning gaps areobserved. Works closely with Director of Executive Education & Consulting and TheCenter's Manages registration for all large-scale BCCCC events, maximizing attendance andreaching out to companies based on past topic interest and course participation. Recommends event speakers based on observations of course participants. Recruits members from non-member course participants and connects current membersto account managers
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $59,400 to $74,250; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent of education and experience required. 3 years+ experience in program enrollment, opportunity management (sales) and programmanagement for business or large non-profit organization Project management and events planning experience a plus This position may travel as much as 25% of the year to attend our courses, annual conference,and meet with members. Nights and weekends are required during travel Early evening and early morning work required periodically throughout the year to meet program needs
