A respected litigation practice is seeking a litigation associate with at least two years of experience to join its team in Wilmington. This role offers the opportunity to work across various practice areas and develop a broad litigation skill set in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and case analysis Appear in court and participate in oral advocacy Support attorneys across different practice groups within the firm
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of litigation experience Superior legal writing and communication skills Strong analytical and research capabilities Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar
