Homer, Mi SCHEDULE:
2nd 3:00pm-11:00pm 3rd 11:00pm-7:00am
COMPENSATION:
$18.85-Machine Operator per hour - WEEKLY PAY!
$18.35-Paint Operator per hour - WEEKLY PAY!
SHIFT PREMIUM:
$1.50 for 2nd shift $1.00 for 3rd shift.

Machine operators, no experience required, have had people be successful with only work experience in retail and food service. This would be a great opportunity for recent high school graduates. They offer a 4-week training program, giving people the ability to build skills and grow with the company.

Basic Math Basic CNC Machining Chuck Indication Cutting Tools Drills Hones Shot-Blast Principles of Balance Gauges Robots Grinders Automation Maintenance Troubleshooting Preventative Maintenance Problem Solving Recent employment within the last 6 months. no job hopping without explanation. High school Diploma/GED required. Good communication skills Ability to read blueprints preferred. Ability to work independently.

Excellent training and long-term growth and development. Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds as well as standing, bending, and twisting. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed work boots.
