Assistant Project Manager – Multi-family Construction
Milton, MA
Looking to take the next step in your construction career with a company that values people just as much as projects? One of the leading multifamily builders in the Northeast is hiring an APM to support projects in the greater Boston area.
This APM will join a high-performing team and gain hands-on experience working on large-scale residential developments. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s already tackled projects in the $1M–$10M range and is ready to grow into a leadership role with long-term development opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Support the management of drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and QA/QC processes
Coordinate with subs, vendors, and field staff to keep things on time and on budget
Track materials, safety compliance, and cost control items
Help build a culture of teamwork, quality, and proactive communication
What we’re looking for:
2–3+ years in construction management (multifamily or commercial interiors preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience supporting site teams and PMs across multiple phases
Familiarity with budgeting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
