Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on-site for our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: ●
Project Management: Lead and manage all on-site activities to ensure project completion on schedule, within scope, and within budget. ●
Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets the company's high standards for quality and adheres to project specifications and local building codes. ●
Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all site personnel. ●
Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. ●
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. ●
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, schedules, and cost reports. ●
Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and support site personnel, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. ● Instead of a degree, a Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role. ● Proven experience with residential and commercial construction projects, particularly in urban settings. ● Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards. ● Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. ● Proficiency in construction management software and tools. ● Commitment to sustainable building practices and community development. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.
