The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and developing team members, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining health and safety standards. Additional tasks include supporting the Owner-Operator in implementing strategic initiatives, driving sales and profitability, and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Leadership and team development skills Operational management and customer service skills Experience in inventory management and health and safety compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities Experience in the foodservice industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Seniority level
