Merchandise Sales Associate
Reports to : Merchandise Asst. Manager, Taproom Assistant General Manager
Based in : Cincinnati Ohio
Position
Type : Part-time
Taproom Hours : Monday-Thursday: 3pm – 10pm, Friday-Saturday: Noon - 1am, Sunday: Noon - 9pm

Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Support the merchandise team with stocking and staging merchandise. Ensure our online orders are processed and filled in a timely fashion. Process refunds and exchanges in house. Act as a brand ambassador when answering all guests’ questions. Re-stock & organize merchandise with appropriate levels of product, as needed. Accurately manage the cash drawer. All other tasks as required for the position.
Requirements :
Ability to lift-up to 40 lbs. and climb a ladder when required to stock shelves. Ability to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends (required). Ability to work 2 weekends days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and 1 week day. Ability to work alone and as part of an active team. POS/Square experience (preferred) Attention to detail and ability to multitask Passion for being part of a team and creating great work Experience working in retail environment Ability to work 15-25 hours per week Ability to work morning and weekend hours
