Fisher Phillips seeks associates with at least 3–5 years of experience in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group.
This opportunity is available only in our Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Irvine, and New York offices.
Ideal candidates will have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues). Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications are admission to the state bar of the state in which the associate resides, as well as a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. We are looking for an associate who is located within reasonable proximity to one of the listed offices, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Irvine, or New York. While this role offers some flexibility, it is important that the associate resides within a reasonable distance from an office to facilitate in-person collaboration, as needed.
For candidates in CA and NY, the yearly salary range for this position is $200,000 - $235,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to: location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
To apply, please submit a cover letter addressed to Attorney Recruiting, resume, a copy of your law school transcript, and a brief writing sample (10 pages max, not heavily edited by someone other than yourself).
We are accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
