This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in high-level sales and a deep understanding of the franchise industry. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of franchise consultants and referral agents in your designated region. Your primary goal will be to drive franchise referrals and ensure your team meets its performance targets.

Key Responsibilities * Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of franchise consultants and referral agents within your assigned geographic region. * Performance Management: Motivate your team to meet and exceed franchisee referral targets to our network of franchisors. * Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with franchise consultants and franchisor partners. * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive growth and market penetration. * Reporting: Track and report on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends. Qualifications * Experience: Proven, high-level sales experience in franchising, real estate, or a related field is required. * Education: An MBA or business-related degree is preferred. * Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals. * Entrepreneurial Mindset: This is a performance-based role that requires a self-starter with a strong drive for success. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Compensation
$50,000-$500,000
This is a 100% performance-based commission opportunity. You will earn a percentage of the total commission generated by your team of franchise consultants and referral agents. There is no cap on earning potential.
Job Type
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will be responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.
