Summary: This role partners with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop compensation programs aligned with strategic goals, supporting sales growth and ensuring compliance with global laws and regulations. Responsibilities include: Serving as an internal expert on compensation topics, recommending cost-effective programs that enhance competitive positioning. Leading the development and management of therapeutic area-specific sales incentive programs aligned with budgets and forecasts. Creating marketing and sales communication campaigns to promote program awareness and motivate field sales. Overseeing the design, communication, and maintenance of all field reports supporting incentive program execution. Managing inquiries from the Field Sales Force. Supervising direct reports involved in compensation program development and maintenance. Engaging in stakeholder, vendor, and project management to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Key Relationships: Collaborates internally with Sales, Marketing, Data Management, Finance, Compliance, HR, and Field Sales; externally with data and program vendors. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred. At least 7 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience. Understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and data sources. Minimum of 2 years of people or vendor management experience. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Previous management experience required; familiarity with Immunology market preferred.
