Senior Tax Associate
to join our growing team in
Daytona Beach.
This is an onsite role, offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and significant room for growth. About the Role : As a
Senior Tax Associate , you will play an integral role in our tax team by managing and reviewing complex tax returns while delivering strategic tax planning to a diverse client base. In this role, you’ll: Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S-corporations, and trusts prepared by associates. Prepare and review tax-exempt organization returns, including Form 990. Perform advanced tax research and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams. Plan and execute client engagements, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met. Guide and train associates on tax compliance processes, research techniques, and relevant software tools. Communicate directly with clients to clarify documentation, explain findings, and resolve tax-related questions. What We're Looking For: 4+ years of public accounting tax experience Hold a valid
CPA or EA license , required to correspond with the IRS on behalf of clients.
