Special Projects Director
to join our team and support the Colonial and East Regions in delivering high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide project management, administrative, and strategic support across multiple regional initiatives. Lead and assist in launching and stabilizing new services and programs. Support marketing, RFP responses, and the development of new business opportunities. Offer interim leadership during upper management vacancies. Drive policy development, quality improvement, and organizational innovation. Collaborate with senior management to shape systems that support efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field. 7+ years of experience leading and managing human services, preferably residential and/or day services for persons with disabilities Previous project management experience Strong communicator with decisive leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Highly flexible and willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays. Able to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sound communication and interpersonal adaptability, working with people at all levels of the organization, contractors, vendors, and oversight agencies Additional Information

The Special Project Director's schedule must be flexible in order to provide timely support as needs arise. Usual hours are business hours Monday through Friday. Position requires extended overnight travel.
