1. Master's Degree from a regionally accredited university
2. Possess or be eligible to obtain a valid New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) Administrative License (Level 3B)
3. Five years teaching experience in a K-12 setting
4. Experience in curriculum and assessment development
5. Experience in planning and delivering professional development
6. Ability to communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively in a team setting
7. Experience with technology integration and on-line education
8. Proven leadership skills
9. Effective written and oral communication skills
10. Strong knowledge of 21st century skills
11. Evidence of strong oral and written language skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge and/or experience with Standards-Based Assessment & Grading Revised October 2022
2. Grant writing experience
