Associate Executive Director of Behavior and Medical Operations
to lead our innovative behavioral health programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and dual diagnoses. This executive leader will have direct oversight of the agency's behavioral department, which spans residential and day services operations and services through our Health Care Center. What You'll Do Provide strategic and operational leadership for all behavioral health services, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and Strategic Plan. Oversee and integrate behavioral health supports across residential, day, and clinical settings, including coordination with the agency's Health Care Center. Establish and oversee a comprehensive medical care coordination framework
to ensure all individuals receive consistent, integrated medical and behavioral health services across settings. Lead and support the behavioral health Program Integrity program to deliver high-quality, person-centered services grounded in evidence-based practices. Ensure clinical compliance with treatment planning, documentation, case management, and psychoeducational services, in accordance with state and federal regulations. Manage referral and admissions processes, ensuring timely assessments, evaluations, and transition supports for new individuals entering services. Collaborate with other executive leaders to strengthen clinical infrastructure, promote staff development, and ensure continuous quality improvement What You Need: Proven leadership experience in behavioral health or clinical administration, preferably in I/DD and dual diagnosis programs. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of Medicaid, DDD regulations, and clinical best practices. Bachelors or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field. At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a behavioral health or disability services setting. Why Join Us?
