Position Details:

• Part-Time HR Generalist

• Schedule: 20 hrs/week, onsite 3x/week

Role Overview:

A Boston-based real estate investment firm seeks a dedicated Part-Time HR Generalist to support a team of approximately 45 employees across multiple states. This role involves building HR infrastructure and supporting company growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding and compliance tasks: I-9s, background checks, drug screens
• Manage timesheets and assist with payroll
• Support employee questions on benefits, enrollment, etc.
• Oversee performance management processes
• Support HR budgeting and analytics
• Maintain compliance across multiple states
• Administer employee changes and approvals

About You:

• 3+ years as an HR Generalist (benefits, payroll, compliance, employee support)
• Self-motivated, confident, independent worker
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Experience with Paycom is a plus
• Background in construction or real estate is a bonus
• Tech-savvy with attention to systems, analytics, and detail

Role Details:

• Schedule: 20 hours/week, 3 days onsite in Boston (flexible hours)
• Compensation: $35$40/hour
• Duration: Ongoing, with potential to become full-time
