Location:Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
The Associate Marketing Business Partner (AMBP) plays a critical role in executing and supporting AllerVie Health’s national and local marketing strategies. This individual bridges hands-on execution with strategic support, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to drive innovative growth initiatives, improve patient retention, and enhance brand visibility. The AMBP works cross-functionally across clinic operations, patient experience, and other support teams to ensure accurate communication, campaign alignment, and optimized outcomes across all touchpoints.
This position is ideal for a self-starter with a foundational marketing skill set who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a cross-functional role that combines project coordination, data-informed decision-making, and hands-on tactical execution. The AMBP should demonstrate initiative, adaptability, collaboration, and sound judgment in balancing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and supporting strategic business goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution & Support
Support the planning and execution of both traditional and digital marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize outcomes and inform future strategies.
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
Coordinate front-line marketing support requests through the marketing ticket system, ensuring timely responses and cross-team alignment to support local clinic marketing initiatives, prioritizing based on business impact and urgency. Collaborate with team members to track project milestones, report on marketing effectiveness, and provide insights for ongoing optimization. Triage website form submissions, inbox messages, social media comments, and review platforms to appropriate team members for follow-up. Support process improvements, workflow documentation, and project management across the Marketing team.
Referral & Provider Marketing
Collaborate with practice management and providers to develop marketing toolkits for referral engagement and outreach, exercising independent judgment in tailoring materials for different market segments. Maintain national EMR referral databases, ensuring accurate source tracking and clean reporting for provider engagement. Analyze, generate and disseminate referral source data to support business objectives and strengthen provider relationships. Recommend strategic adjustments to improve referral engagement tactics based on market trends and performance data. Assist in workflow documentation and process improvements for physician referral marketing that remain compliant with federal guidelines.
Brand & Digital Presence Management
Maintain AllerVie’s online presence across digital platforms (Google, website, Birdeye, etc.), ensuring accuracy of hours, addresses, contact details, and announcements, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies that could impact patient access and satisfaction. Monitor and professionally respond to patient reviews and online inquiries within the Birdeye platform, ensuring timely and professional engagement, using discretion to escalate issues to leadership when necessary. Execute bulk review solicitation campaigns and feedback initiatives to enhance online reputation. Recommend strategies to improve online brand presence in local markets.
Website & Content Support
Manage tactical website updates, including announcement banners, blog/news page creation, and content updates, applying judgment to align messaging with broader branding and marketing objectives. Assist with content development for cross-functional initiatives, including recruiting, employer branding, and local engagement programs.
Print & Promotional Materials
Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing/brand supply chain platforms (TPW + Stadium), including procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment of branded materials so practices can execute local marketing strategies. Make strategic recommendations for improved offerings, platform structure, cost efficiencies and branding effectiveness.
Reporting & Analytics
Support monthly marketing reporting, by generating marketing data reports from multiple channels, and consolidating into regional KPI dashboards with meaningful, actionable insights. Identify data gaps or inconsistencies to ensure reports are consistently accurate.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have exceptional skills in and a passion for healthcare marketing, utilizing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies, and working with a small, dynamic team and network of best-in-class marketing partners and agencies. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing, patient experience, project management, or related fields (agency, private equity, or healthcare experience preferred). Demonstrated ability to work independently, applying discretion and judgment in executing marketing initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making and recommend actionable insights. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and marketing platforms such as Monday.com, Birdeye, and WordPress. Working knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare marketing best practices. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities, making independent decisions about prioritization based on business needs. High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability in daily responsibilities, exercising sound judgment in handling sensitive information and high-stakes situations.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, advertising, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Physical Requirements
Exempt, full-time role with hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Flexibility may be adjusted at the company’s discretion based on performance and business needs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and coordinate across multiple teams.
