You’ll begin by working on the candidate side, and once you’ve got the hang of it, you’ll grow into a full
360 recruitment consultant,
managing both candidates
and
clients. What You’ll Get A hands-on training program

where you meet the team (outside of work) and review our previous month What You'll Be Doing Candidate Delivery (180 Recruitment) Your first 6 months will focus on the
candidate side
of recruitment, helping you build core skills in sourcing, communication, and deal-closing, earning commission from day one. Here’s what that looks like: Find top tech talent
using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards Draft and send engaging outreach messages
to speak with in-demand candidates in the market Qualify candidates
through structured phone calls, understand their experience, goals, and what they're looking for Build and manage a pipeline
by staying in regular contact with potential candidates Work closely with senior consultants
to match candidates with open roles and close placements Earn $750 per placement,
whether it’s a full-time or contract role. You'll start making commission before you even move into 360 recruitment You’ll be developing your market knowledge, learning the recruitment process from the ground up, and building your confidence before moving into business development! Full 360 Recruitment Once you’ve mastered candidate delivery and consistently made placements, you’ll transition into a full 360 role, owning both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process. In this phase, you’ll: Build your book of business
by identifying and connecting with hiring managers in your niche (CRM, ERP, or Data) Pitch recruitment services
through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and video outreach, offering tailored solutions to fit client needs Negotiate terms of business
and build long-term relationships with decision-makers Manage the full recruitment cycle , from taking job briefs to placing top-tier candidates Run your own desk , and become a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike Who We’re Looking For Motivated and competitive, with a strong drive to succeed Career-focused and financially driven Confident, outgoing, and resilient Any experience in sales, customer service, sports, retail, or door-to-door is a bonus, but not required Ready to Get Started?
