We are seeking a Project Engineer for our Civil, Roadway team. The ideal candidate has experience in civil transportation design, roadway projects, and developing plans per local DOT standards. Location
This position reports to our Atlanta office Tuesday-Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Responsibilities
Create and execute project work plans. Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules. Mentor junior staff. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Interact with clients, agencies, including DOT. Represent Benesch at industry events. Identify opportunities and lead project pursuits. Qualifications
At least 4 years of civil transportation design experience. Licensed PE in GA or planning to obtain licensure within a year. B.S. in Civil Engineering. Experience with public agencies, private entities, or municipalities. Experience with DOT standards, preferably GDOT. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in CADD. Benefits
