Job Summary
This role ensures the execution of company visual merchandising strategies to create a distinctive in-store experience. Responsibilities include implementing floor resets and visual displays tailored to store needs, potentially overseeing multiple stores within a region. Job Description
This position involves in-store visual merchandising four days per week and one work-from-home day. Locations include Fort Collins, Johnstown, Thornton, and Longmont in Northern Colorado. Key Responsibilities
Execute appealing showroom displays to enhance conversion rates and brand loyalty. Follow established planograms to position furniture, accessories, and artwork effectively. Refresh and update floor sets based on new products, seasons, promotions, and inventory strategies. Receive, tag, and transfer merchandise within the showroom. Assemble furniture and climb ladders for display setup. Assist with merchandising during store openings, closings, and remodels. Collaborate with store managers and visual teams on merchandising efforts. Participate in meetings and analyze trends for inspiration. Engage in training and development to enhance visual skills. Scope & Impact
Manage a retail division with over $900 million in sales annually, overseeing inventory exceeding $60 million across 185+ locations, including new store openings and remodels. Minimum Requirements
0-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or related fields. Understanding of visual principles, style, and design trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Willingness to travel within the region. Physical ability to move furniture over 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Travel up to 75%. Physical Demands / Work Environment
Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting, and other physical activities, often involving weights over 50 lbs. Environmental conditions are generally non-adverse. Additional Details
