A thriving community bank, rooted in a century of service, is expanding its Treasury Management team and seeking a Treasury Management Officer to play a key role in their continued success. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to join a family-friendly and understanding organization that truly rewards performance. Job Description: As a Treasury Management Officer, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions. Serve as the dedicated liaison for treasury clients, proactively scheduling and attending on-site meetings for sales, relationship building, training, and addressing business needs. Actively develop new business through provided leads and self-generated prospects, collaborating with lending and retail teams to identify opportunities. Become a go-to expert on all treasury products and services, guiding clients through enrollment and onboarding for solutions like ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, Positive Pay, Account Analysis, Lockbox, Credit Cards, and Merchant Services. Promptly resolve client issues by coordinating with internal support departments and external vendors. Work with leadership to craft account strategies and business plans to consistently achieve revenue and profit targets. Ensure internal teams are well-versed in treasury products and services, and educating front-line staff on identifying potential client needs. Monitor industry trends to recommend innovative products and enhancements. Provide regular updates on referrals, onboarding progress, and product performance to key stakeholders. To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have: A true team player and a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment. Beyond strong treasury experience, we seek someone who is comfortable engaging with clients, capable of a "sales-assist" role, and enjoys contributing to a growing enterprise. Proven background in Treasury Management, Private Banking, Commercial Banking, or a related financial field. Strong understanding of treasury services, deposit products, payment systems, and risk management processes. Excellent relationship management, business development, and communication skills, with a track record of successfully prospecting for new deposit relationships. Proficient with Windows applications and MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. While not strictly required, a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is highly desirable. We value strong experience and a deep understanding of the field, with or without the certification. At our clients’ request, only individuals with required experience will be considered.
