Regulatory Affairs Specialist
to support the development, registration, and global compliance of cosmetic and personal care products. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure all products meet regulatory standards from concept to commercialization. This is a critical position that ensures timely product launches and long-term regulatory compliance in multiple markets. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation including Product Information Files (PIFs), Safety Assessments, Certificates of Compliance, and international registration dossiers. Ensure product ingredient lists, labels, and marketing claims meet regulatory requirements in the U.S., EU, Canada, ASEAN, and other global regions. Review and approve packaging artwork, ensuring alignment with INCI nomenclature and regulatory guidelines for restricted/prohibited substances. Collaborate with R&D and raw material suppliers to collect, organize, and manage technical documents such as SDSs, COAs, allergen statements, and toxicological profiles. Track regulatory changes and assess potential impact to formulations, claims, and market access. Provide regulatory guidance during product development and innovation cycles. Support product registration and notification processes in international markets. Interface with regulatory authorities, external consultants, and clients as needed. Required Qualifications: 4+ years
of regulatory experience in cosmetics, personal care Strong knowledge of
U.S. FDA ,
EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 ,
Health Canada ,
ASEAN Cosmetics Directive , and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Proficient in creating and maintaining
regulatory dossiers , including PIFs and Safety Assessments. Skilled in interpreting and managing
raw material documentation . Exceptional
written and verbal communication
