Position Title: SAP S4H Director (Solution Partner)
Location: Chicago, IL (Open to anywhere in US)
Focus Areas: Consumer Business, ERU, LSHC
Skill: SAP S/4 HANA
Minimum 15 years of experience leading end-to-end SAP ERP customer engagements, including opportunity identification, stakeholder management, planning, assessment, proposal, design, and deployment.
- At least 8 end-to-end SAP ERP engagements
- At least 4 SAP S/4HANA engagements
- Experience creating SAP S/4HANA go-to-market offers, tools, and accelerators
- Business case development and stakeholder selling skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with SAP
- Deep industry-sector experience in primary and secondary industries
- Advisory capability on SAP S/4HANA, RISE, and BTP
- Ability to handle ambiguity, problem-solve, and take ownership
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Process shaping, adaptation, and improvement skills
- Relationship-building with clients and stakeholders
- Leadership and team motivation skills
- Financial and budget management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
