Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Trial Attorney. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for managing and conducting trials, attending court hearings, drafting and reviewing motions, and handling depositions. The attorney will also collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

Skills in drafting and reviewing Motions Competence in handling Court appearances and Trials Experience in conducting Depositions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar membership in at least one state Previous experience in business litigation is a plus
