Job Description:
- Ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Full responsibility for the commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, and provide updates on commercial performance and forecasting as required.
- Communicate project progress and status, both internally and with the client.
- Manage project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labour.
- Oversee project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & Programmers.
- Ensure that final documentation packages (i.e., O & M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely manner.
- Forecast invoicing and work effort throughout the portfolio.
- Travel to project/customer sites will be required as projects demand.
- Facilitate quality assurance requirements as/where necessary, utilising Kinlys QA Manager.
- Fully manage all elements of logistical requirements.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a similar position.
- Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers and to lead subordinate staff effectively.
- Confident presenter and chair of meetings in person and on video calls leading coordination of AV activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be well-organised with attention to detail.
- Able to create and manage schedules, reports, and budgets.
- Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent favoured but not essential.
- Technical knowledge of the AV industry favoured but not essential.
